WeightsVis - Visualization Tool

Since TiCo2.1, the weights calculated by TiCo can be visualized using the new Matlab compiler generated program WeightsVis. The program is included in the current complete package version or can be downloaded separately.

If you want to run WeightsVis independently from TiCo, download the complete package including the MCR.

Perl scripts

We provide some easy to use Perl scripts, to convert the output of GLIMMER3, MED-Start and GS-Finder to valid TiCo input. The tarball contains the following scripts:

• gl3_2_gl2: Converts GLIMMER3 output to GLIMMER2
• gl2coord: Converts GLIMMER2 or RBSfinder output to coord format
• gsf2coord: Converts GS-Finder output to coord format
• yacop2coord: Converts YACOP table output to coord format
• ptt2coord: Converts ptt format (GenBank) to coord format
• med2coord: Converts MED-Start output to coord format
• ticoGFF2coord: Converts GFF output of TiCo to coord format (including CDS and REANNCDS)

All scripts do print the usage to stderr, if no arguments are given.
